Zephyr One (formerly Zephyr Social) is the trading name of Zephyr Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 50 656 314 662), an Australian marketing agency based in Sydney.
2. What this site is for
This site describes our services and results, and lets you contact us or request an audit. The content is general information about our work. It is not advice for your specific situation, and you should not make commercial decisions based on it without speaking to us or another qualified adviser.
Results and case studies on this site describe outcomes achieved for specific clients in specific conditions. They are not a promise or prediction of what we will achieve for you. 3. Free tools and audits
We offer free tools and audits, such as our ad account scorecard. These are provided as-is, for information only.
Their output is based on the information you provide or authorise us to access, and on our own methods of analysis. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a complete assessment of your business.
If you request an audit, you confirm you are authorised to share the account or data involved, and you agree that we may contact you about the results. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, graphics and our methods and frameworks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for your own reference. You may not reproduce it commercially, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing offering without our written permission.
Client names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this site. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
6. Third party sites and platforms
This site links to third party sites and embeds third party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we provide it without warranties of any kind, and we may change or remove content at any time.
